Title says it, the cushions on these things completely flattened out after so much use. The provide zero support now. Any tips on how to get them puffed back out if it's possible? I also can't find replacement pads anywhere so that's a no go unless there is some alternative.

Maybe its time to upgrade to a whole new set of cans :D
 
I had the same problem with my old set of 485s. I bought new cushions from Sennheiser (had to call them, they weren't listed on the website) for like $15.
