I can't for the life of me get Cyberlink PowerDVD 14 to work with a 290x. It works with my NVidia GPU laptop without any setup whatsoever, everything just automatically works.
But with my 290x, it just won't recognize my Optoma HD131Xe projector in the sig as a 3D device, and setting it manually doesn't work. I just get offset images displayed as if I weren't wearing glasses.
I checked supported devices list on AMD's site, and it doesn't list the HD131Xe...
I downloaded a trial of TriDEF, and man is that an ugly GUI, but it works if I tell it to play a video and then I have to manually switch my projector with the remote to SBS mode instead of "auto", which screws up the desktop display. Although this seems to work, I don't think it kicked the signal down to 1080p@24hz for the projector, which is then supposed to boost that to 144hz for the glasses as usually when switching between 60hz and 24hz the display goes blank for a moment.
What a pain! Anyone have any luck?
