HD3450 PCIe + SC or DC Celeron?

I'm looking at upgrades for low-end (single and dual-core LGA775 Celerons and Pentiums, such as the Pentium DC E2200 and Celeron DC E1200 and their siblings), and the HD3450 crossed my path. It's the lowest-priced DX10-capable PCIe card available locally.

In all cases, the upgrade would be from onboard/integrated graphics (in three cases, from such graphics that are Aero-capable; two systems are running Vista Ultimate 64).

What sort of performance increase/WEI impact would there be in routine tasks (such as Web browsing, watching videos, etc)? How good is it for casual/VERY light gaming? (We are NOT talking Crysis here.)
