How do I enable both HDR and AA in Oblivion at the same time with the HD2900XT. The game keeps telling me it isn't possible but I know it is. There seems to be a hotfix but it involves a display driver and I don't want to use that driver.
 
Turn HDR Lighting on in the game, and force Anti-Aliasing on in the ATI Catalyst Control Center. The game won't let you activate it in its own Video options menu, because its programming doesn't "think" it's possible. You have to force it on in the Catalyst Controls. The hotfix for forcing AA on in Oblivion has been already built into the ATI drivers for many, many, many months now.
