I'm looking into buying these , but I was wondering how big they are. I don't wanna look like Princess Leia whenever I wear 'em in public.
 
Does anyone have personal experience with them, and would/do you wear 'em in public?
 
I love mine. Sound better in games then my Z560's do. Ive never compared them to the HD497's so i cant compare with them (im actually considering returning them for the HD497's).
 
So between the HD212s and the HD497s, which would everyone recommend? The HD497s are only about $10 more.
 
Never heard the HD497's personally. The HD212's sound great, and their closed if that is (or isnt) your thing. At one point in COD the headphones were actually shaking from the bass they were producing.

depends on what you need them for.

but i would go with the 497, they are a little better than the 212 imo

212 are ok if you need closed cans and used for gaming only.
