hd turning off an on during windows session

Hey guys, my 9800pro and hd are on the same line. EVerything worked fine for about two months. Recently every once in a while my comp will turn on and say that my 9800 pro isnt plugged in. THen Ill try rebooting and then it will be fine. And also, sometimes, my harddrive turns off and then right back on during my windows session. I tried my comp in two different houses so its something internal. I think my power supply is ok though. Its possible that the connector that connected the hd and video card to the powersupply line has a bad contact or something. What do you guys think?

I have like 7 case fans plus volcano 7+ cpu cooler.

Could this be caused by a short with the case?

The psu is an enermax 430W g465p

3.3V-36A
5V-44A
12V-20A
