i just bought 2 new wd3200ks's. i installed everything and it all was working well until i come home from school to find that windows wont boot. no bsod or warning or anything, just black. then the computer restarts and says that windows did not load properly and i can select safe mode and all that stuff, but it does the same thing. Only sometimes when i choose to use the most recent working settings does the windows logo just slightly appear before shutting off. The harddrive also makes some noise. Does this mean i have a bad hd?

Does only one have your OS on it? Are they installed in a RAID 1? Striped? a little more info...

the hard drive that is clicking has my os on it and not much else. they are not in a raid format.
