Having troubles OCing

I have a NW p43.0 C @ 3.45 ghz (15 x 230). I idle around 41 degrees celsius and on load, it goes up to 46. I tried bumping it up to 3.5, but it always crashes when it enters windows. What voltage do you guys recommend using?

My specs:
p4 3.0ghz NW
Asus P4C800 deluxe
Asus ax800xt
2 x 512 corsair value ram
