Having trouble finding simple, cheap, 7/12v fan controller

So i just bought a fractal R4 and i've got it running 7 case fans. The case has a built in switch to adjust 5/7/12v for three fans so i've got all my intake fans hooked up yo that. I'm looking for a similar setup in 5.25 bay size so i can crank atleast the 3 other fans down to 7v when i'm not gaming. Everything i seem to find is $25+ and 6fans minimum with individual settings....
