Having problems with 680i

well yesterday i installed everything i booted up no problems. But when i turn off my computer my mouse stays on i have a razer is it normal for this motherboard to do this. Also i tried vista x64 and i dont recommand it, nothing works. Windows Pro x64 is also having problems for some reason i cant install ntune with all the utilities.
