Having luck upgrading to XP 64-bit?

Apparently, people in the Hotdeals forum are getting invalid PID errors whilst attempting the supposedly free Pro->64-bit exchange. Any other thoughts?

I haven't tried and may wait until June-July to see what the driver situation looks like.

Problem with that is, free upgrade period ends in June, I think.

If I bought another OEM license right now, would the upgrade work? OEM is the same as what they use in prebuilts, isn't it?
