Having a wiered problem Need Help????

I just put a 3.4EE in my asus p4p800 and it almost works correct.
i can run SuperPi just fine but when i run PCMARK04 it tells me that half of the
first two tests fail. One part works and the other does not so i can't get a score.

also when i restart my comp my monitors shut off but the computer continues to run, the only way to get it back is doing a hard shutdown. It alos does the same thing when i enter the bios and then exit the monitous go black and the computer continues to run.

any help would be great.

my system is as listed bellow but with a 3.4ee @ 4.0
with a vcore of 1.775v and FSB 235
at 1.8 volts i can't get into windows.
