Having a problem with my new computer

I just finishing putting together my new computer and here's a rundown of what is happening. I kept the HDDs from my old computer (2x 200GB WD SATA 150 drives). I can get into the BIOS just fine with my new computer and change the HDD boot priority so it boots from the HD with the OS installed on it (WinXP). Now after the POST screen and after the HDD/peripheral loading screen, it attempts to startup windows. I see the windows loading screen for a VERY split second and then the blue screen of death for another split second and the computer reboots and does the same thing. I checked all my wiring and cables to make sure I didn't miss anything and everything seems OK. What should I do?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I couldn't figure out where else to put it.

I also don't think it's faulty RAM. I just tried out each stick separately and all of them produced the same result. What is the likelihood that all 4 sticks are faulty? Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You are probably running in to compatibility issues with your previous drivers / setup from your old machine. You need to reinstall XP on the new hardware. It's very rare that just booting up an OS set up for a completely different motherboard, processor, graphics card, etc. will work. I doubt there is anything wrong with your hardware.
