havik 140 ram clearance question

To anyone who has the following setup. Does the Havik 140 have any clearance issues, on a p8z77-v with 4x4 samsung 30nm ram?

I don't have this set up personally but I've looked at the clearance of it and it should fit with 1-2mm to spare especially since that Samsung RAM does not have heatspreaders. If it were to be the extremely tall Vengeance RAM, then you could pretty much forget about it fitting unless you were willing to remove the heatspreaders.
