I heard the 9650 was out, just curious if everything else was slated to bump down soon.

I'm hoping sometime this month Intels Quads will drop. At least that's the rumor.
 
I hope we'll see some nice 45nm Quad deals in next couple of months, i wouldn't mind having Q9450/9550 in my machine paired with a nice GPU by Q4 08.

Lagoom seems to always be one of the first to get the latest cpu's, w/the best prices. I bought a T9300 for my laptop from them back in January for the same reason. I wish Newegg would get things just as fast. It took them a long time to just get the Q9550. :(

i got me one of the cheap Q9450's at frys. id' love to get a cheap Q9550 or Qx9650 if it drops in price more ;)
 
sorry for ignorance, but how does qx6800 compare to those new quads? (Q9650 in particular)
