Have grainy image's need help

I have Crt m993 monitor And i keep getting grainy images/ text and on games
is there anyway To fix this?

yea this is a x850 Xt pe I have in..No there is no noise. The drivers are from 10/26/04 Version 6.14.10.6490 So they are not old.

Ok I found out that if I change to: 1024X 768 It is 95% gone. And if I do 1280 X1024 It is 100% there? hmm what's up with that.....

im thinking it might be this monitor couse I tried a 17 inch dell crt and it is nice and clean??

One thing I noticed about the 1280 resolution is that 75Hz looks better than 85Hz or higher. Try different settings. Also, these beasts take a fair amount of time to warm up before it gets clear.
