Have: DDR2 Ram - Need Mobo Help

OK I jumped a good deal a moth or so ago (still a decent deal on 4GB Crcuial Ballistix for $100) but now I've basically locked myself into using DDR2 RAM.

I want to get a new quad core CPU when the new 45 nm chips become available (should be January yes?)

Anyone have a reccomendation for a currently available board that I could target which will (I guess right now the best we can hope for is should) work for the new CPU's?

Any help and a price point would be appreciated - I'm basically building a gaming rig on a modest budget - so it doesnt have to be bargain basement but I dont want to drop $300 on the mob either.

Thanks for the response - I've seen this board mentioned a few times - unless anyone has a better suggestion I'll just hunt up a [H]ot Deal on it and go with that.

Now I just need the processors and hopefully a new NVidia GTX release before Feb and I'm good to go.
