I'm looking for a place to find hash rates. But they're really hard to come by.

Is there a good spreadsheet that lists video cards and their hash rates?
 
It depends on the specific algorithm - most of the "hashrate charts" I've seen either have a very limited selection of cards and cover several algorithms, or cover one algorithm and quite a few cards.
There can also be significant variation depending on which mining software you are using in some algorithms that have multiple mining software options.

Bitcointalk forums are probably the most complete single source, though the info is spread out all over the place.
