they have no contact # on their site and no one responds to emails

i ordered something last week and have yet to hear a word from them... i'm starting to get concerned

anyone order from them recently??? or better yet, have a contact #?

Well, that's interesting... contact information to be announced shortly. Don't think I've seen that one before.

From what I've seen, they have been fairly reliable in the past. Might just be in a transitional phase or something.

I think I read somewhere that sidewindercomputers.com bought out Petra's. Maybe try contacting SWC if anyone can confirm this?

Otherwise, I bought a single, small item from Petra's probably about a month ago. It took them a couple days to give me any sort of update, but I did indeed get my item within a week or so.
 
I ordered from them a few weeks ago and everything went smoothly. I didn't get any communication on whether my order had shipped though.
 
I bought some stuff about two weeks ago; a bunch of water-cooling parts. Everything shipped quickly and arrived in great shape.
 
I did once years ago. I think it is where I got my arctic cooler freezer 7 pro from.
