Has anyone heard of Anark?

I had a system analysis program on my system until I accidently deleted during some hard drive cleanup, now I wish I had it back it was called simply "Anark" and it showed up in the control panel, not in the Programs menu. Has anyone ever heard of this & know where I could get my mitts on it again?
