Well to be honest I am not 100% where the problem lies, so I'll tell the situation and see what you guys think.

First of all, the specs:
ASUS P5GD2 Deluxe
LGA775 Pentium 4 3.2ghz (Prescott)
1gig pc-4200 dual channel
ASUS 5900PCX video
Zalman CNPS7000-cu
Raptor hdd

Well, the problem lies while I'm running the machine. The machine overall has had little issues over the course of about a year I've had it. Just recently while running some games (mainly WoW and BF2) I've had the system video go out, and then about 10 seconds later, the sound will go out as well. The monitor goes into standby mode and a strange distortion comes out of the headphones. The machine stays on for as long as I let it with the cpu fan spinning and everything.

While I'm not the best with computers, I've tried taking off the side panel as to see if it were a heating issue. My temps for the mobo and the processor seem to be alright ( I use ASUS probe to monitor the temps). Not really sure where to start... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
