I am looking to purchase some hardware soon for gaming. I have a list below of what I have found on newegg but I have been out of the loop so long and picked some of these as I saw them based off a couple threads here.

I am going to get a GTX580 but can someone tell me a brand I should go with as my last cards were BFG. Also what size power supply should I get. I saw that Antec was highly recommended.

Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor
ASUS P8Z68-V LE ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Also, not real big into overclocking anymore, but not saying I wouldn't want to try again later.

If you want to overclock (or think you will) go ahead and get the 2500K, otherwise I'd get the 2400 instead, cheaper and virtually identical performance to the 2500 (only 100 Mhz difference).

Not sure if MSI makes 580s, but they and Gigabyte (at least) haved serial number warranties, which helps when you sell the card, so I'd look at them.

For a GTX 580 build I'd probably look at a 700W+ power supply just to be safe, although a 600-650 should be fine. The Corsair TX750 V2 is the currently the same price as the 650 on Newegg, after $10 code and rebate.

I think 2500K would be worth it. I just picked up the same Mobo+Proc combo after some deliberation. You might want to check the local micro-center though, if you have one around for the combo deal (turned out around $250 before taxes for me).
