im running a abit IC7 with a geforce fx 5900 ultra but when i go to setting > advanced > geforce fx 5900 ultra it says that my bus is pci... while im trying to run agp 8x
 
what are your 3dmark scores??? If they are anywhere near where they should be, I wouldnt worry about it too much. If they are increadibly low then you might have a problem...
