hardware problem creating intermitent packloss?

hi,

recently while gaming (every game and every server) i have been getting what seems like 100% packetloss every 5-9 minutes for about 10-30 seconds. my screen just freezes while i hear stuff and then when i come back im dead. now the only tool that RR tech support will use to test is a dos window and a -t ping to yahoo.com and no lost packets show up. while gaiming , lets just use wow for example, my latency meter will go red and show about 2000 ping. i am wondering if someone can link me a free website that will allow me to view my connection through the internets to see if / where i am getting redjacked at. can this problem just be my computer and showing up as lag? i have done full virus/adaware/spybot/ tests and no problems. thankyou

do a traceroute to the server your connecting to.

as i said , its every 5-9 min for 20 seconds or so

traceroute isnt appropraite need streaming tool

so when you think its happenning, do a traceroute.
