hardware optimization for most PPD

can someone tell me the best way to extract every ounce of PPD out of my hardware?

I have 2 CPU's ready to go. One is a L5640 and the other is a L5639 on Asus Sabertooth X58 boards. I plan on OCing these guys to 3GHZ or so.

I also have 2 680 gtxs, 2 460 gtxs, one 6990, one 6950, and a 560ti for gpu folding.

I might bring on my i7 970. I have 2 laptops with decent mobile GPUs that I might bring into the fray.

I just found out at -bigadv can no longer be done by hexcore CPU's efficiently. What would you guys recommend for my parameter settings for my CPU/GPU clients?

so the overclocked 1366 cpus will be about 25k ppd on smp (thats what i got with a stock 980x 3.33ghz)

the 680s will get you 90-100k, depends on if you overclock.

last time i folded on gtx 460s, they were about 15k each.

ATI 6000 series isn't really worth it at all, a 6950 unlocked got me ~15k

don't know about 560ti

970 would probably be 35k OC'd to the max. (980x OC'd to 4.4ghz got me this much)

parameters i would suggest for GPU are definitely the beta or advanced flag as instructed here: http://hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1039966954&postcount=21

You say the 680 will get 90-100k, just curious, what do you think a 780m would get? Its a notebook card but still, would be nice to know

well its got 2034 cores, but boost clock is 900mhz. my 680 is 1536 cores at 1175mhz.

gonna be hard to guesstimate, but i'd guess you would get right around 100k ppd on the 780m. make sure to keep it as cool as you can though, laptop gear likes to warm up fast.
