Hardware board for IIS compression?

Is there any hardware made to offload compression tasks for IIS compression from the CPU like an expansion card?
 
I guy I met was telling me about the AHA cards, but I honestly don't know if he was using Windows or Linux. Looks like this model mentions a set of Windows drivers...
