I'm somewhat confused about these reviews now.

There was a review done yesterday and HardOC needed water to cool the proc to get up to 2.45 whereas anandtech got the 3000 up to 2.5 on air and was just as cool as the .13 chips?

Someone please explain.

Is it a stepping issue??

Not sure how valid this chart is, but maybe it does make a difference???

said countless times before not all chips are created equal.

there could be many other factors.

yes ur right... and most if not all cpus overclock differently.. and the one that barely got to 2.45ghz... even with water or plain air.. it could've just got to the same 2.45ghz because that's probably the max of that cpu anyways
