harder to oc cpu when ocing ram?

Im either going to have the 3800+, 4200+, or 4400+ w/ 2gb pc4000 gskill extreme in my rig. I plan to oc the ram, but how will this affect the ocing of the cpu? BTW, it is going to be stock cooling.

Basically, im trying to decide between the processors

Well, usually your ram limits your OC, but you can always use dividers and relax timings to eliminate that. Dont worry about not being able to oc your proc to its max. Although with stock cooling you might not wanna mess too much with voltage
