Harddrive windows install woes

have an ultra-d and i finally got it out of debug...or so i though. It loads the cd and i get to the part where i press f6 and load the drivers and whatnot. It loads the pre-install files and when it gets to the "windows is now starting" part before the license screen, the system restarts. I tried another winxp (3 all together) but either it stops reading it or it restarts. Im not sure what to do now as ive never had this happen before. If anyone can help pls do so ^^
