I am going to be RMAing my C: drive to western digital because of its clicking sounds.
I already RMAed this harddrive before to WDC and now I can I RMA it again back to them?
I still have warrenty on this drive..
Should I format the drive before I send it to WDC because of the personal infomation I have on my computer.

BTW: they sent me a Refurbushished drive.

That's really your call but It's my understanding that the drives are disassembled and recycled and not actually repaired, so your data would be probably be safe.

But it's your data and if you think it's sensitive enough your going to need to write zeros to the drive (formatting is almost pointless, it doesn't actually erase your data).
