harddisk speed 3,6 mb/s

Hello,

After a weak, when i reconnect all sata in diferent ports( now 2 times). The speed of 1 of my 2 samsung spinpiont 1 TB drops from +-114 mb/s to 3.6 mb/s.

So can sameone tell me what is wrong. Have replace the moaderbord, processor, psu, harddisk and sata cables. :(:(:(:(

System: new
E5200 dual core
p5q-vm asus
2GB kingston ddr2 ram
1x raid WD 250 GB
2x 1 TB spinpoint F1
1x samsung 500 GB
1x WD 500 GB
1x samsung 160 GB
IDE: 1x 80 GB en 1x 160 GB
650 W antec true power

Old:
3800+ dual core
ASUS M3A78-EMH HDMI
2GB kingston ddr2 ram
1x raid WD 250 GB
2x 1 TB spinpoint F1
1x samsung 500 GB
1x WD 500 GB
1x samsung 160 GB
IDE: 1x 80 GB en 1x 160 GB
500 W antec earthwatt.

how are you measuring this?
 
i have use hd tune to measuring it. How do you mean whit Write back cache?
 
go to your device manager and right click the properties of the drive in question and see if it has Write back cache enabled.
