Hard time finding right PSU

I'm having a hard time finding a new power supply for my case. Its a compaq presario s4100nx case (dont laugh cuz it rocks). The case is basically a micro-atx, but I have been told a micro-atx PSU doesnt fit in the case. Right now it is at 250W, I believe. In addition to my specs below, I should mention I have an Intel 865G mobo and will be getting a video card soon. Thanks.
 
If it's the same case as the S3000Z uses, it looks like a minor bit of cutting might allow it to use a normal ATX PSU... The case is OK, but not being able to do a PSU swap without pulling any tricks is quite an irritation...
