I already noticed that my drive seam to be much slower copying files/directories to another drive. Speeds vary from 80mb/se to as low as 3mb/s

The other day I noticed something strange:
I copied one directory to the other drive...and weird...but then a window pops up asking me if I want to overwrite the current folder. I know I don't have anything on that drive [it's empty]... Now I am wondering... what's that about? It transfers everything twice?

hard to explain... does that make sense tho? it would explain the slow speed. [slow for me...being used a little faster on my old computer] and what can I do about it.

I betcha you didn't see that problem before....

I think I may have figured it out. It's only my work folder that does this weird double copy thing. Nothing special about this folder, but it is the only folder had problems accessing after installing windows 7 on the SSD drive. I was playing around until it worked, so I am not sure what I did. I guess that's not so bad tho.

Not Beta.
windows is on my SSD drive. [which seams slow too I guess]
it's the intel, can't update the firmware, or have the toolbox. Maybe that's the problem.
I can't figure it out. I just know something isn't right.
