Hard drive shuts down during boot up

Hey guys, had experience with this type of problem before?

Before the post screen even shows up the hard drive begins to load and then the hard drive goes click, spins down and then the hard drive spins up again, the system posts and everything works properly.

The hard drive never shuts off after windows loads or if I reboot from windows. It only happens if I turn on my computer when it is off.

I have noticed that if I don't have my system overclocked to 3.2 (8X400) instead of stock 2.6, this problem doesn't happen even though my OC is stable since I can run Ortho's overnight without any errors. My motherboard is the Gigabyte P35-DS4 and I run the hard drives in AHCI mode.

Should I be worried and is there any way I can keep my overclock and not experience this problem?

Thanks.
