hard drive questions

im looking for a new hard drive for my new computer that i am building, and i will need around 300 gigs of space(price isnt a big problem). i have been browsing the forums and it seems like each harddrive specializes in a different area and there isnt a good harddrive that has everything(sata3.0, ncq, 16mb buffer, ect). i have looked at zzf and come with the following models:

herd lots of positive reviews, but only has sata1.5

can someone tell me if any of the above hd's would a good addition to my computer or recommend me one that would be?

The last two; flip a coin. The lack of sata 3.0 doesn't really make a real-world difference - it's like putting a 300 mph speedometer instead of a 150 into a (SELECT * FROM cars WHERE maxspeed < 150). So it's not really a limitation. However, the WD is favored slightly in speed terms by many forum members. Really either of those.
