So black friday i came accross a 160 gig hd for 20 bucks and couldnt pass it up. The problem is that i already have 2 hds and dont know if i should hook it up with the cdrom or should i buy the kit to make it external?
 
I don't think it really makes a difference. If you have good airflow and your temps aren't too high, there shouldn't be any problem with adding another hard drive inside your case.
 
thing is you can only hook up two ide drives and i have two hds and i didnt know if i should hook it up with the cd rom. Was looking at this

which is cool looking just didnt know if there was a how to to make a external hard drive enclosure so i dont have to buy one after thinking about it i would like the external to keep all my music and movies on
