Hard Drive Question

I was given a hard drive that is Serial ATA, it is a Western Digital 1600, and I was wondering if there is a cheap way that I can use it on my computer, which only has IDE slots. Any help is appreciated.

You might want to try something like this.

Though that's a bit pricey. There might be a cheaper version or something somewhere.
