Hey my computer has been randomly locking up recently for quite a while and I thought it was a RAM problem but I unhooked one of my HD's and it hasnt froze since, could that be the problem? It was a FAT32 instead of NTFS as well

What OS? XP? I have heard of these things happening, XP will work with FAT32 but works best with NTFS.

I had a Maxtor drive that freezed my girlfriend´s computer, changed it for a Seagate and problem went away.
