Hard Drive making constant noise?

I isolated the constant whinning to my hard drive and wonder is there anyway to lube it or is it needing to be replaced or just buy earplugs?
 
What type of harddrive is it? If it's 10k or higher for rpms, that usually just the joy of high rpms and not much you can do except try to isolate from full contact with the metal of the case.
