Hi all i just got done install a new gpu and new fan set up with controller and stuff. I was curious to find out how loud the gpu was so i turn off all the case fans that are already quite.
well the gpus was quite

I was hearing a loud ticking noise and it was coming from the hdd area. i get closer and it was a hdd. i have 2 in here a 80gb and a 1tb im not sure what drive it is coming from, but when the hdd activity light flashes on the case the sound changes?

im running a HD Tune test and i will report back

power time on the 80gb is 7465
 
How bout you just unplug one and listen?
