Hard Drive Foramatting Issues

Neither Windows 2k on my friends computer nor formatting from the dos prompt will format my WD 120 GB hard drive which was in RAID 0. I believe it is in raw data format now. I'm thinking partition magic might fix this. But it says it will only format drives up to 80 gigs on their site.

Some advice would be extremely helpful.
