My PSU, CPU fan and case fan are all towards the back end of my case. This means there isn't much cooling at the front where the HD is. Under normal load, Speedfan gives it temp usually at around 41C at the most. Is this an OK temp, or should I perhaps look into say a HD cooler/another case fan?
 
sounds fine to me. Mines at 24 degrees with pretty much an entire 120mm fan devoted to cooling it.

I'm sure 41 is well within specs

lack of blow hole makes my hdds really warm, nevermind cudda's make a lot of heat and they are right next to eachother

really need to add a blow hole, two 80mm fans and all the random holes and gaps in my case is exausting two 120mm fans worth of radiator cooling, its all good tho got plenty of holes :p :D
