I'm looking to get another hard drive for a bit more storage space, but I'm not sure what would be a decent, fast, and reliable drive. I know the Samsung F3 has been recommended a lot in the past, but some are saying they are not good now that Samsung has been bought out.

Then there is Hitachi which I thought was good, but I'm seeing a lot of really bad reviews. And apparently they were bought out also.

Also, I'm seeing a lot of comments saying the WD Black drives are overpriced given their lack of update.


What are the drive(s) you all currently recommend? I'm looking for a 1 or possibly 2 TB drive.
