Hi, i restarted my my machine and i tried to access one of my hd and i get this messege:

E:\ is not accesible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable...

I want to recover the data and maybe throw the disk away... what should i do...???

the bios sees the disk btw

Get yourself a copy of HDD Regenerator or Spinrite.
These test the drive at their lowest level and can repair some pretty hosed drives.
I've had amazing results from both.

If your drive is repairable, either of those utils should be able to rescue it.
(the drive must remain powered up for it to work, so if the drive auto powers down after boot, you are going to have a tough time)
Failing that, there are professional recovery services but they arent cheap.
