well 1 id say either spend the extra money for a 30" which has a higher native resolution or go 24" since.. 28" native is a stretched 1920x1200.. so your not really gaining any viewing experience.. now if all you do is watch 1080p movies and such and dont play games at all.. then a 28" is fine..
but if that really the display you want.. id say go with the 27.5" one instead of the 28.. but both have a crap load of complaints.. so good luck to you on what you decide to buy..
