Hanging on start up

Hey all,

My rig seems to have some trouble starting up lately. It will run right up to just before the Win7 loading splash screen; but when I press the reset button, it runs through start up just fine. I'm not sure what this symptom indicates; and why it can restart just fine but not start up correctly from a completely powered down state.

My components are in the sig, with the exception of running off an Intel X25-M SSD now.
