Handbrake Presets keep resetting

I've ripped a bunch of my videos and want to shrink them down. Everytime I load a new video the presets get all funky. Particularly the cropping and quality settings. I've set the default setting with my favs including quality at constant 100% and it still acts up. When I load a new video or do anything the quality either goes to 0% or gets reset to somewhere in the middle.

Also anyway to queue faster than loading one video at a time? That's a pain. Since drag and drop to the queue doesn't seem to be an option.

Don't know what's up with it, switched over to AVC 7.0 for now. Same settings and encodes are taking a bit less than half the time. They gotta fix the all or nothing option. Two choices between 1 thread or all and at 8 it squeezes every last bit out of the cpu like grabbin a turkey by it's neck. So can't do other stuff while it's workin. Pretty freakin damn quick though even using kick ass settings. Sweet deal.
 
I dunno what's up with that, but I ended up creating my own preset about 2 weeks ago in handbrake and it's been set the same every time.
