Hand-held wireless display for a desktop?

Is there such a thing as a portable wireless monitor yet? Or perhaps more accurately, a tablet type thing that can be used as a wireless monitor for a desktop? Having a Sapir-Whorf moment here as I don't even know what to call the thing I don't know exists.

Heck now that I think about it a wired one with a long enough cord might do.
 
I like the look of that monitor but the response time on that is 14ms. If you look there are a couple of similar screens with IPS for cheaper.
 
How about something like THIS. The rackmount brackets unscrew and with some rubber feet, it could be used upright as well.
