I am right at the stage where I am ready to upgrade my Core 2 system to a X58 i7 system. I own a HAF 932 and I love it, it's the best case I have ever owned! I want to use the HAF X for my new build, but I haven't found any information on when it's expected to be released. I am dead set on owning this case and using it for my new build. Can anyone link me to information about when it could be released ?

Thank you in advance for the help. :D

Cooler Master is not yet committed to making the case. The pictures we've seen were renders, far from production. I wouldn't wait for this case since the release date could be much later this year or not at all.

I agree with WorldExclusive on how the case look like. Not what I expected of a replacement for the HAF 932, which I just bought it a couple of weeks back for my new build and really loved it.

Thought I do welcome the clear side panel window

I hope they will come up with something better than that

Thank you for the link. too bad not confirmed yet ;_; , but the mobo I want to use isn't even out yet iether <_<"

Yeah it's not the greatest looker, not a deal breaker IMO, just like everything a little ugly you bring back home (when drunk:confused:), you can't tell the difference with the lights off.

It has a lot of features, and I also welcome the clear side panel. I had to mod my 932 myself, it took a case of beer a lot of swearing and about 9 hours of work, but it looks pretty good. But yeah the top is damn ugly, I'm not in love with the top design of the 932, but over all it's not a ugly case at all, it as sexy as a TJ-07 not even close, but the price is also not even close iether.:D

It doesn't look that much different than the original HAF 932 in person, other than the all black interior.

Almost all of the changes made to it have some function also.

/shrug

The reason I said I wouldn't be so sure it isn't going to be released is because from what I've read online its going to be one of CM's first Fermi certified cases, to compete with the Element V from Thermaltake.

Oh I see. Nvidia picked the two most ridiculous cases they could find with an abundance of fans to cool those hot Fermi cards. I'll be worried for smaller cases and other cases that don't have good air circulation.
