HAF X case question

What fan and fan size would you suggest I have installed for other top fan slot? I'm air cooling and not OC'ing an x79 system. I'm planning on no side fan either. It will be placed in a basement.
 
HAF X comes with a side fan already, so unless you're taking it off or leaving it unplugged for some reason (I recommend not doing that, it's a large part of the point of the case), the only reason I can see to add another fan on top is for a radiator for water cooling, like an H100i or something along those lines.

I added a second fan the same size as the one that runs on the back-top fan and it doesn't really seem to do anything at all, I could be completely wrong but it seems like those large fans are bad at pushing/pulling pressure wise. It was unnecessary in hindsight, but hey, it didn't hurt anything.
